in order to send your papers to ITEC2009, you have to subscribe in this website  to do this fill the registration form which will appear after clicking on the registration key which is on the up right panel in the top of the main page of the website (you have this panel in all the pages of the website). it is important to fill the form in details to facilitate connecting with you in case it was needed. please pay attention that this is just the registration in the website of the conference and to be able to send your paper. this is not the registration for participation in the conference.
after subscription in the website, as a member you will have the user ID and password sent to your E-mail address. and you can send your papers and trace the status of your paper using your account.

Papers for ITEC2009 conference have to be prepared according to the provided templates. In the first step you have to send the 2 pages extended abstract up to 19 April. You will be notified about the status of the paper step by step by following the information which will be provided for you on ‘Trace your paper’ link (you can find this link in the main page of the website, and it will be activated when you have submitted your paper(s)).

- Use ‘add to list’ key in order to add the authors' names.

- Use Browse key to upload the extended abstract of your paper

- Please make sure that you have received the certification email for the paper (extended abstract) you have sent. you have to have it in few mins after sending your paper in you email address. Besides you have to have a confirmation message in your ITEC2009 account, immediately after sending your paper(extended abstract).

- In case you have not received these messages inform ITEC secretariat.
