Participation in conference programs will be possible after registration in ITEC2009. Authors should register to guarantee the inclusion of the presentation in the program. The conference registration fee includes participation in all conference events, conference package and other scheduled functions including the coffee breaks, lunches, dinner banquet, tours and visits. Registration fee for the accompanying persons include access to all conference events and other scheduled functions including the receptions, banquet, tour and visits

Accommodation is not included.

 Iranian participants should refer to Persian version of ITEC2009 website to find the registration fee.

Conference fee can be paid by:

1. An international bank transfer through  Bank Tejarat, Rasht main branch, CODE:8800. swift code:BTEJIRTHXRSH, number: 8800 80903, just in Euro currency

2. At the conference registration desk in Rasht, cash payment in Euro or Dollar

Note: we can not accept travel cheque and credit card

No fee is refundable except cancellation of the event.
